Your host publishes exactly one ADP, and it is priced for the scoring that host’s leagues default to. Yahoo’s number is a Half-PPR number. ESPN’s is a full PPR number. If your league changed its scoring and never changed boards — and most do — you are drafting off a price list in a currency you do not use.
This takes your host’s real published board, projects every player twice — once under the host’s scoring, once under yours — and moves each player by the difference between those two orderings, measured against replacement level at his own position. The prices stay the host’s; what changes is who holds them. Then you can tier it and export it.

ESPN's board is priced for full PPR. If your ESPN league runs Standard or Half-PPR — a common house change — every pass-catching back and slot receiver on it is priced above what they are worth to you.

Yahoo's default is Half-PPR, and its published ADP is a Half-PPR number — but plenty of Yahoo leagues switch to full PPR and never change boards. Every receiver on that board is then being drafted a half point per catch too cheap.
