The board answers three questions
Signed value over replacement is recalculated from the available pool and every team's remaining eligible roster slots. It is not a preseason rank wearing a new column heading.
Monte Carlo trials roll the real bot engine through the opponents between your picks and estimate whether a target survives. The model sees their open roster slots and the current run.
Fit updates for the manager on the clock using the same roster-needs model the bots use. Filling a slot changes the answer instead of leaving one generic score beside every player.
